Constant traffic,noise, fumes and accidents

I live just off the A20 at Lenham, cliose to a crossroads junction which is a historical accident blackspot. whenever there is traffic restrictions or closure village life becomes hell.

Constant traffic with lorries all night long, creating noise (sleep disturbance) and air pollution as well as making it near impossible to walk across the road or exit onto the A20 by car without a very long wait Near misses are frequent as people become impatient to get across the road or out of the junction, sadly accidents increase. Lenham already has significant numbers of new build housing adding to the local traffic pressures. A solution must be found.
