M20 junction 8 to 9 Open toilet

It was obvious that if Brexit went ahead without any free traffic agreement with the EU in place Kent would have a major traffic problem.

Thanks to Maidstone's two MPs the problem is here. My problems are minimal compared to others.Travel to and from Ashford has been disrupted meaning extra time has had to be allowed. The M20 between junctions 8 & 9 has become an open toilet for the unfortunate lorry drivers parked there. Helen Whately MP should have her constituency renamed to reflect that. As a taxpayer I have seen £millions given away to companies in Kent due to Brexit for not providing anything in return. Yet Maidstone has been in dire need for a Southern Relief road for many years. The lack of one has caused delay and disruption for many of us Maidstonians. We were always told that there was no money for one. There was, but Kent politicians ensured that, for dogmatic reasons, it would be wasted for another reason.
