Operation Brock heavily penalises and effects the people of Maidstone and Ashford for a port town problem which is in Folkestone and Dover so that’s where the lorries need to be stacked in off road lorry parks I.e just outside the two coastal towns and therefore NOT affecting towns 30 miles inland. Simple.
