Too scared to drive it

I live in Willesborough right by J10, visits to Maidstone shopping are a thing of the long distant past. I no longer go away or visit places i used to. For fear of driving in the reduced width lanes whilst foreign lorries thunder past with no regard for the speed limit. The fear of getting stuck in a jam & not making it home for hours is a massive deterrent too. It effects lives in Kent in ways that don't even seem to be considered
