Who do you trust?
Trust is an important part of the relationship between residents and their local council. It can influence how people feel about council services, how they engage with decision-making, and whether they believe their views are being heard.
Maidstone Borough Council is carrying out this survey to better understand residents' levels of trust and confidence in the Council. We want to hear from a wide range of people, regardless of whether their experiences and opinions are positive, negative, or somewhere in between.
