Redesigning Online Waste Services

Our waste contract provider is changing in March 2024. We are taking this opportunity to improve our online waste services. Last year we had nearly 400,000 customers look at our website pages around bins and recycling and nearly 60,000 waste online forms completed. We want our waste website information and forms to be as simple to use as possible and make sure this covers everything customers need.

We will be asking for feedback on different bits of our online waste services - starting with a page to show you details about your bin collections. We have three designs and want you to let us know which design makes it easiest to understand:

• When your next collection is
• How often you will get this collection
• The details of your last collection

What happens next?

We will use this feedback to help design how we show customers their collection details when we launch our new online services from March 2024.

This project is ongoing from June 2023 - February 2024 during this time we will be asking residents for feedback on various elements of the new online services.
