Have your say on life in Maidstone

Understanding what it’s like to live in Maidstone helps us improve the services we provide and shape the future of the borough.

It’s been two years since our last Resident Survey, and a lot can change in that time. We want to hear about your day-to-day experience of living here — from your local neighbourhood to the services you use and rely on. What matters to you most in your local area?
This survey covers a wide range of topics, including:
  • Your local area and sense of community
  • Health and wellbeing
  • Parks, leisure and green spaces
  • Skills, training and opportunities
  • Council services and priorities
We’re also asking for your views on important issues such as nature, the environment, and how you would like to be involved in local decision-making.
Your feedback will help us understand what matters most to residents, what’s working well, and where we need to focus our efforts next.

Every response makes a difference — please take part and share your views.

To say thank you, everyone who completes the survey will receive a 15% discount across any activity at Go Ape Leeds Castle, valid until 31 December 2026. Participants will also be entered into a prize draw to win one of three prizes:
  • An ultimate Maidstone Day that includes Museum exhibition tickets, a meal & £50 of shopping vouchers.
  • Chocolate Workshop provided by N2 Sweet Labs & Museum exhibition tickets
  • Museum exhibition tickets

Please ensure that you tick the relevant box at the end of the survey and provide your contact details for the chance to win.
