Brock is a Bummer

Although retired and I can chose when and what times I travel, when Operation Brock is in place, I avoid using the M20 and other nearby A roads like the plague! This means I do not visit the towns and villages accessed by these roads with a consequent loss of business to them. Operation Brock must be causing a severe economic downturn to all the small businesses in those areas by people like me. Additionally when I have been forced by circumstances to use the M20 I have noticed that the signage for the services at junction 8 of the M20 do not make it clear that to rejoin the motorway south drivers need to return to junction 7. Confusing enough for English drivers but doubly so for continental drivers! There really should be more services on the M20 between junction 8 and Dover to accommodate the needs of drivers. It is inhuman to expect them to wait in long traffic queues indefinitely without services.
