Constant delay/traffic
I live at J10 and work at J5.
Traffic and speed restrictions means by journey time 5x a week has nearly doubled. Whenever there is a broken down vehicle or extra traffic or crash, I can be stuck for ages with no reprieve. Taking the A20 is slower and now even worse as well now there ate constant roadworks.
