Log jams the local area

We live near junction 7 of the M20. When Brocknis in place large volumes of traffic use New Cut Road to join/leave the M20. This causes gridlock, noise, pollution and makes getting anywhere a nightmare.

Worse still, it is 24/7.

Traffic Jams

I frequently travel along the M20 leaving/joining at junction 8.I have seen so many accidents/near misses both on the M20 approach to J8 and the roundabout at J8 - usually caused by people suddenly changing lanes.I think the signing is both confusing and unclear. Its fine if you are a 'frequent traveller' but not easy for visitors especially if English is not their first language.Als0, on the A20 signs say that Dover crossing traffic must join Op Brock at J8 - but that is incorrect - nobody can JOIN the M20 at J8, you have to go back to J7.

Constant delay/traffic

I live at J10 and work at J5.Traffic and speed restrictions means by journey time 5x a week has nearly doubled. Whenever there is a broken down vehicle or extra traffic or crash, I can be stuck for ages with no reprieve. Taking the A20 is slower and now even worse as well now there ate constant roadworks.
