Nightmare

Operation Brock causes no end to traffic problems around Maidstone and surrounding villages Leeds, Hollingbourne, Harrietsham and Lenham. The A20 becomes chockablock with so much extra traffic including huge articulated lorries that would normally only travel on motorways. This has caused me to be late several times to work in Charing. We need a proper lorry park with facilities. Manston Airport has frequently been suggested.

living in a village on the A20, it is almost impossible to get out onto the main road from the side road, Getting into maidstone for shopping is very difficult meaning we have to go very early or late if you don't want to sit in traffic all day. People are using the back roads as rat runs where there will be some serious accidents.
